In our design, Use 1 set of SPI bus to configure 2 piece of LMX2820;
just with CS pin as a distinction. but we found the mcu is can't read the correct information, because the MUXOUT（MISO） pin is 2V；
so how can we to do?pull-up resistor ?What is the value?

Per datasheet electrical characteristics, at 3mA loading or less, MUXOUT output voltage when logic-high should be no less than VCC - 0.5V.
But you observe the MUXOUT pin is at 2V. This may be happening if you have connected MUXOUT of the two LMX2820 together, and the two LMX2820 MUXOUT states are in conflict. LMX2820 does not automatically tri-state the MUXOUT pin after readback is completed, so you have to do this manually; otherwise the MUXOUT pins will potentially be in conflict.
