LMX2572: LMX2572 VCO output power

Hi!

I am using the LMX2572 and wanted to ask a clarification question concerning the VCO's output. 

On the data sheet in section 8.1.5.3 Unused Output Pin, they mentioned that the buffer can be used as two single-ended outputs. The data sheet has mentioned that the max output is 8dBm. Is this 8dBm for RFoutAP (single end power for one output from buffer RFOUTA) or is it the combination  of both RFoutAP and RFoutAM?

I am wondering if this is only defined from one buffer output (say RFoutAP), then theoretically I could add a power combiner (RFoutAP + RFoutAM) and increase this 8dBm max output power to 11dBm = 8dBm + 3dB. 

Does anyone have any experience with this?
