What is your budget? We recently released the LMK3H0102 which is a 2 output PCIe Gen 1-6 clock generator. It is reference-less so it does not require an external input. Please see the product page here: https://www.ti.com/product/LMK3H0102

Roi,

The device has a default config of two 100MHz 100ohm LP-HCSL outputs. If you want to change this default setting, you will need I2C communication, yes.

What device communication processor do you have available?

Additionally the LMK3H0102 is available with custom one-time programmable (OTP) memory pre-programmed. You can place a sample request by reaching out to Chhun Hong (c-hong@ti.com).
