CDCE6214-Q1: GPIO current sink source capability

I can't find any information about the current sink/source capability of the gpio pins in the data sheet. With an external pull down of 1k I measure a voltage of 2.5V with a VDD_REF of 3.3V. The pull down is connected to GPIO1.

Can you say something about the characteristics of the GPIO pins?

It was a problem on my side. The registers were written incorrectly via I2C. I had the assumption that it was correct, because the clock output was valid and the PLL_LOCK LED was on. With the correct registers the driver is strong enough for 3.3V at GPIO1.
