LMX2615-SP: LMX2615-SP Unused Outputs / Termination

Tool/software:

The Datasheet mentions to terminate an unused RF output but also shows that you can shut down the unused output via SPI control which would seem to make the termination irrelevant.  We plan to shut down the unused output so do we need the termination still?

    Hi Joseph,

    unused RF out should always be disabled via register setting. The pins, in general, can be left floating. Space guys, usually do not like floating pins (any pin), so we described how to deal with those unused RF output pins in the datasheet.
