I want to know, if I'm not going to use IRQ* PIN in my design what can i do with that pin.

Hi Sudhir,

If the IRQ pin won't be used, it can be left floating. Another option is to tie it to VCC with a 4.7k Ohm pullup, and program FT to 0 and OUT to 1. This will ensure the IRQ output will always be pulled high.
