In an LVDS output configuration, is there any issue using CLKoutX_TYPE1 as a dynamically controlled output disable pin?

    Hi David,

    Using CLKoutX_TYPE1 as a dynamically controlled output disable pin should not pose any issues to the overall system. The time it takes to switch on/off is something that you should probably be aware of. We do not record or publish any such data, but I would say that the typical amount of time it will take the device to switch from on to off (or vice versa) will be on the order of a few nanoseconds. Otherwise, there is no issue.
