As the topic, We have checked the 62005's power, they are ok. but the crystal does not work.

something fault in the schematic? and we have changed 3 chips of 62005 already.

Check the value of the capacitor in parallel to the crystal. Take a look at the EVM and at the datasheet, page 66

yes , I changed the parallel capacitor, but the crystal has no output yet. Indeed, if the parallel capacitor is blank, the crystal can initial, right?

thanks for your reply. Now, how can i resolve this question? I found the voltage of the crystal pin connected to the 62005 is 33mv.

Did you write to the registers to select AUX IN clock? (table 18 on datasheet)
