A simple approach is to use a high speed comparator, such as ones listed below:

LMH7220 - SINE TO LVDS

LMV7219 - SINE TO LVCMOS

LMH7322 - SINE TO PECL, DUAL CHANNEL

Any of these parts could be used as a signal translator to interface/drive the CLKIN port in your LMK04002 clock gen application, if this is your intention.

Hi Matt,

This chip CDC3RL02 can output 1.8V , but i need 3.3V HCMOS output
