Looking for a replacement for LMX2313USLDX

Hi,

We have a customer looking to replace (LMX2313USLDX) PLL part which is obsolete,   I found a part which has the same foot print (20-UTCSP) part number : LMX2433SLEX/NOPB,  but unfortunately that's where my technical knowledge ends,   Could this be used as a possible replacement to the obsolete part,  as a potential drop in,  with some tweaking.

Any help would be grateful.
