Hi

I am struggling to interface to the CDCE421a. I can't seem to find any examples of SSI (Simple Serial Interface) anywhere. Firstly how long is 't' indicted on the timing diagram. Also does the Chip have to be enabled for communications?

I am just trying to enter the register read-back mode but I am unable to. (I am assuming the FOUT pin is the same as the CLK output pin, is this correct).

Please help.
