I bought a CDCEL9xxPROGEVM and Installed the ClockPro Program. (Clock Pro version 1v21, ClockPro Software (Rev. E))
But, my EVM is not working. so I found the below solution but in my case it is not adapted.

First of all, I can't see the name of "CDCE(L)9xx Programming EVM (COMx)" in the device manager of my computer as a below.
Instead of the above name, I can see only the name of "TUSB3410 Device(COM5)" !!
And then, Clock Pro Program is not connected with my EVM
I'm sure that it is abnormal, certainly. But I don't know what is wrong.
Please give me a solution about this problem.
(More information, I use the Winsows 7 OS.)
