LMK61E2EVM No Device Found!! CodeLoader4 I2C issue

Hi, I am using LMK61E2EVM and I am getting an error "No Device Found!!" when I launch the CodeLoader 4 GUI and try to find the I2C address.  I am seeing D3 solid green and D3 flashing green when I connect the EVM to the USB.  I have all the jumpers in place per the user guide.  But when I try to access the I2C it is not working. If I plug in the board and then launch the GUI, D4 goes red. 

Please let me know if you have seen this issue and have a solution.  Thanks.

    Hi Amanda,

    In some cases, Codeloader may not recognize the EVM if it is plugged in before the program is started. Try unplugging and plugging in the EVM again or plugging in the EVM after Codeloader is started, and then scanning for the I2C address. If that does not work, also try restarting Codeloader.
