Dear All,

I would like to generate ramp frequency waveform as bellow;

  - Ramp repetition frequency: 100 kHz

  - Start frequency: 1 GHz

  - Stop frequency: 3 GHz

  - Frequency repeatability: +/- 1 MHz (around middle section of the sweep range)

Can LMX2492-Q1 generate such waveform?

    Dear user of LMX2492,

    Thank you for your interest in our product. LMX2492 can indeed generate what you are looking for. It can in fact generate up to 8 ramps in a sequence with multiple ability to flag or trigger while doing it. Furthermore, you can generate 2FSK modulation and superpose it with the ramping feature.

    Our D/S has multiple examples. I also invite you to look at a new IC very similar but with lower frequency range. It is LMX2491.
