Let me confirm about accuracy of "twake".

According to datasheet, center value of pulse width is defined "20 ms".

However, there is no information about max/min value.

Could you please tell me accuracy of twake pulse ?

According to datasheet, DC/AC spec is defined as 25 degree.

Is there temperature-dependent for "twake" and "tlp" spec ?

Hi Machida-san,

unfortunately for those two parameters there is no measurement data over temperature, voltage and process available. That is the reason why datasheet only specified nominal value at 25C.
