LMK04806BEVAL: clock output EVM

Hi,

I'm looking for the clock EVM which can output 1GHz from single-end SMA connector.

I confirmed LMK04806BEVAL and TSW4806.

It seems that TSW4806 can output clock to single-end SMA connector, however this EVM is suppored up to 491.52MHz in default.

On the other hand, LMK04806BEVAL can outout over 1GHz to SMA connector, however it seems that any output circuit are configured as differential line.

Here is the EVM which I want to use, and looking for clock EVM to be able to connect this EVM.

I believe that LMK04806BEVAL can use, however if my understanding is not correct, could you please correct me ?

Or, is LMK04803BEVAL better, because VCO range is from 1840 to 2030 MHz ?

    Hello Ryuuichi,

    I would recommend to go with LMK04806BEVAL or LMK04803BEVAL evm as that offers much more flexibility than the TSW4806.
    Both devices are similar and the difference is only in the VCO range they cover. Both EVMs have 122.88MHz VCXO on the board. Please check which device fit based on the output clock frequency you want to use for ADS5400.
