I am using LMK04821EVM and I am having issue in doing SYNC. I am seeing random phases. I need help.

Thanks for contacting. can you please explain me how are you doing SYNC. Are you using TI software to configure (TICSpro/Coadloader4)? If yes, can you send me the configuration file or registers you are programming?

I am using coadloader4 and it is very confusing. I saw that there is also Texas Instruments Clocks and Synthesizers (TICS) Pro Software TICSPRO-SW available. Which one should I use? EVM user guide refers to coadloader4!

Hi Kwam

I would suggest to use TICSpro as this is more user friendly and easier to use.
For your SYNC issue, please send me your .mac file from Coadloader4 or .tcs file from the TICSpro.
Make sure that SYNC_DISx bits are unchecked while you issue a SYNC for the dividers.
