Hi Team,

My customer is request a DDR4 register, do we have any device can support?

I found CAB4A can support DDR4 but it seems not available now?

SN74SSQEC32882 is the replacement device, but SN74SSQEC32882 can't support DDR4 either.

Hello Lilian,

We have only old gen1 DDR4 register, do not have gen2 register. This cannot be used in current DDR4 systems, this is the reason for NRND.

SN74SSQEC32882 is DDR3 register.
