Hi,

During first time, EEPROM of FT232H device need to be write for the TIDA-01021 clocking board with "TIDA1021_28" using the FT_Prog utility.
Download the FT_Prog utility: http://www.ftdichip.com/Support/Utilities.htm#FT_PROG .

Please see the attached doc, which shows the programming sequence of the FT232H EEPROM using the FT_Prog utility.
