CDC3S04: Can I use to 1.8V LDO output to power VDD_ANA?

Can I do the following?

1) Use the 1.8V LDO output to power VDD_ANA only?

2) Use the 1.8V LDO output to power both VDD_ANA and TCXO (as long as the 10mA current limit on V_LDO is no exceeded?)

    Hi,

    The 1.8V LDO is intended to source a low-noise TCXO and not necessarily to power the device. See this related post: e2e.ti.com/.../244455

    I am new to supporting this device, but based on my understanding I would recommend to supply VDD_ANA from an external supply instead of the integrated LDO. I can't find anything to suggest that (1) and (2) will not work, however. I hope this helps.
