May i know what is recommended Tj max value? 105C or 125C?

i didn't find in datasheet.

It is 125C per Table 6.3 in the datasheet.

Hi Alan,
Can you please paste the snapshot from datasheet, the Datasheet I refer to (from ti.com )didn't include the Tj max. And table 6.3 isn't Tj value.

All I can find is Maximum Allowable Temperature Drift for Continuous Lock ΔTCL= 125 °C

Thanks a lot for your reply. I made a mistake. Actually I want to ask LMX2541, but I made a typo as LMX2594. Can you please check LMX2541 max Tj?
