What is the minimum delay (ClockIn to ClockOut) and temperature cofficient of delay?

    Application note SNAA060, AN-1864 Phase Synchronization with Multiple Devices and Frequencies reports the delay in bypass mode as 600 ps. With +/- 40 ps variation over temperature and voltage, with +/- 40 ps for part to part variation, and +/- 150 ps variation vs. frequency.
    * Table 1 further details the delay with different options.

    I once took some data on LMK01000 with full analog delay turned on. over voltage and temperature extreme I measured about 120 ps delta for worst case (extreme voltage/temp for one part). From room temp to +85 C, time decreased 4%. from room temp to -40 C, time increased 2%. However design will advise over worst case process/temp/voltage the variation could be +/- 30% of the analog delay in the path.
