CDCLVC1310: About rising time of CDCLVC1310

Part Number: CDCLVC1310

Hi dear supporting team,

for the temp range of -40~65degree and 8KHz output, will the rising time of CDCLVC1310 change a lot?  from the d/s,  the Tslew-rate could change from 5.6V/ns~9V/ns, so does it mean for 3.3V output, the rising time will change for around 220ns?  tks a lot!

  • Hi Vera,

    Calculate the maximum rise time as 3.3V * (0.8 - 0.2) / 5.6 [V/ns] = 0.354ns = 354ps (20% to 80%)
    Calculate the minimum rise time as 3.3V * (0.8 - 0.2) / 9 [V/ns] = 0.22ns = 220ps (20% to 80%)

    I hope this information helps

    Kind regards,
    Lane
