What's CLon-chip range? For example, 20pF is the typical, what's the max and min value? Thanks!

The CLon-chip range is 0pF to 20pF. Min/max are given in datasheet table 7.3 .

I knew the setting range is 0~20pF, but if I set the value to 15pF, what's the 15pF min/max?
