CDCLVC1108: Additional thermal data?

Team,

we provide "Junction-to-ambient thermal resistance" and "Junction-to-case(top) thermal resistance" data in SCAS895B at page 6.

Do we have additional thermal data available for CDCLVC1108 (TSSOP 16) like what we document for TPS82130 (see below)?

    Hi Lane,

    If a complete model is not available could you please provide the "Operating junction temperature" and "Theta_JC_bot"?
               "Operating junction temperature" is the "Recommended Continuous Operating Junction Temperature" from page 12 of SPRA953C.

    We would need it for both LMK03328RHST and LMK00105SQE/NOPB .

    Maybe I am misunderstanding the question, but recommended junction temperature and ΘJCBOT are both available in the datasheet for LMK03328 (125°C and 1.06°C/W with no airflow, respectively), and ΘJCBOT is given for LMK00105 (13.6°C/W). The recommended junction temperature for LMK00105 should not exceed 125°C.

    Please let me know if you still need information on how to request the thermal modeling information for CDCLVC1108.
