CDCM6208V2G: Frequency solver GUI and the main GUI both closes automatically after pressing "solve for v2" using Windows 10

Hi Team,

We have a customer having a problem with CDCM6208 V2 device.
When the customer try to use the Frequency solver and after pressing "solve for v2", the frequency solver GUI and the main GUI both closes automatically.
The customer is using Windows 10?

    Hi Jonathan,

    I'm also using Windows 10 but the software doesn't crash after I press solve for V2. I didn't get the PLL lock at first though, because the crystal for V2 is actually 30.72MHz instead of 25MHz. After changing the "desired input", the PLL locks and the output is good. Below is a snapshot:
