BQ4845: Besides of BQ4845 can give a power failure warning, is there another device have the same function?

Hello sir,

I'm seeking for a RTC device with power off and power up event warning. I had a view on the BQ4845 datasheet and think it can realize this function. May I ask can BQ32000 and BQ32002 realize the same function as well? or do you have some other recommendation?
