LMK1C1104: Input voltage range versus VDD

I would like to use the LMK1C1104 to source my ADC with a 1.8V LVCMOS clock. My XO sources a 3.3V LVCMOS signal (with ~1V/ns). Regarding the datasheet the the LMK1C1104 can be driven by a 3.3V clock while supplied by VDD=1.8V. Is that correct? Will the phase noise performance suffer?
