It appears that changing the N or FVCO value in the GUI PLL window has no effect. Register values do not change.

Directly changing the N value in the User Controls window works OK.

Also, the choices for prescaler should be 16/17 or 32/33, no?  But the GUI shows 8 or 16 as the options.

We are using TICS Pro Version 1.7.0.0
