I have a question about how the lock detect functions. Could you provide an overview or block diagram of the PLL lock status is determined. I understand the flow chart on page 11 of the datasheet, but I wanted more of an overview of the physical lock detect system.

Are there any statistics that show how often the lock detect is reporting lock status correctly?

Hello Andria,

The lock detect should always function as described in the datasheet. As long as the lock detect is enabled I would expect no issues. Is there a particular issue you are facing?
