Hi,
As long as you are meeting the datasheet specifications for the input signal, there should be no problem using the CDCLVC1104 as a fanout buffer for any signal type. One other thing to note is there is no internal AC coupling, so there shouldn't be an issue with inputting serial data.

When I contacted Support by chat yesterday, I got the answer that signals other than clocks are not possible because there is an internal PLL.
It seems that the internal PLL is information not listed in the data sheet.

I understand that if that information is accurate, it can be used as a fanout buffer for serial data or pulse signals, not clock signals.
For reference, all I want to do is distribute the LVCMOS level serial data output from the FPGA in a 1: 4 .
