CDCV304: Output impedance over temperature

Hi Team,

Good day.

My customer is looking to find the output impedance of the CDCV304 CMOS buffer over temperature. Or a min/max spec for the output impedance over the acceptable temperature range. Do we have this data?

The buffer is being used at a 3.3V supply and is outputting a 25MHz clock.

Hi Renan,

I will order one typical device and and evaluate it on LMK1C1104EVM. I will need to order the device and rework the board first. I'll try to provide some results by end of next week.

Has the customer considered LMK1C1104? LMK1C1104 was recently released early this year. It is pin compatible with CDCV304 and CDCLVC1104, with best-in-class performance.
