CDCS503: Device recommendation

Hello experts,

My customer is looking for the device which meets the requirement as below;

Input : LVCMOS 3.3V (4~12MHz)
Output : LVCMOS 3.3V, single channel
Multiplication : x2 ~ x4 (From 4~12MHz clock, they want to make max 25MHz clock)
With the function which can bypass input clock (if possible)

CDCS503 can meet the requirements?
I would appreciate if you would give me suggestion.

  • Hi Ryo,

    CDCS503 cannot do x2, only x1 or x4. 8MHz is the minimum frequency specified in the datasheet and performance is not guaranteed outside of this range. Perhaps you can use a D flip flop as a frequency divider on the x4 output to get the x2 output
