We plan on using the CDCV304 as a clock buffer for our JTAG TCK signals. Does the CDCV304 require a continuous clock, or can the input clock start and stop (like what it does for the JTAG TCK) and will the CDCV304 be able to capture every edge and drive the outputs accordingly?
