CDCEL913-Q1: Operational Temperature Range

The operational temperature range of CDCEL913-Q1 is only -40~85 while CDCE913-Q1 is -40~125, could you please tell me why? Any alternative part which has -40~105 or 125 temperature range? The input is 19.2M LVCMOS and output is 12.288M LVCMOS, thanks.

Hi there,

The two parts are validated based on difference Q grade compliance. If you need 1.8V core/output voltage and 105 degC temp range, then you can use CDCE6214-Q1 instead.

Thanks for your quick feedback. But 6214 is much expensive than CDCEL913-Q1, how about CDCEL937-Q1? But it still has too many PLLs.

Hi,

CDCEL937-Q1 will also work. Then there's CDCS503-Q1 but this device only supports 3.3V.
