Part Number: CDCVF2505
Hello,
Is there a specific situation where the CDCVF2505 is not locking? Could you please provide an explanation on why the device is in an unlocked state? I will be able to provide you with more assistance once more details are provided.
If you are curious about the general process for recovering from the unlocked state, there is a great document on TI's E2E website that provides procedures on how to troubleshoot your device.
The link is as follows: What to do when your PLL does not lock

Hello,
It is good that the CDCVF2505 is not unlocked.
As long as CLKIN has a fixed frequency and fixed phase the CDCVF2505 will remain locked.
