Assuming that you are looking for a -Q1 grade part to replace the device, please take a look at CDCE6214-Q1 and CDCE913-Q1.

Thanks a lot. My customer does not need features of the CDCE6214 and CDCE913. Do we have a single channel simple clock generator to support 200MHz with spread spectrum?

Automotive grade is not mandatory.

Hi Wayne,

Single output clock generators are very rare, usually a clock generator has multiple outputs.

in this case, I think CDCE913 or CDCEL913 are the best choices for they are very low price and simple to use.
