Dear Technical Support Team,
There is a 25MHz on board crystal on CDCI6214EVM.
Could you inform of me about part number of it?
I could find it on User guide.
Best Regards,
ttd

Hi ttd,
It is 'NX3225GA-25.000M-STD-CRG-2'

Hi Hao,
Thank you for your reply.
Other option, I will place the OSC QX533A10.00000B15R to the REFP.
Is it ok? If you have any recommendation part number for REFP(reference clock), could you share it?
Best Regards,
ttd
Hi ttd,
That is fine but you may want the OSC to have the same frequency (25MHz) with XTAL.

Hao
Hi Hao,
Thank you for your reply.
By the way, is it possible to share bom list of CDCI6214EVM?
I'd like to know the part number of FB 220Ω for the individual supplies and other parts.
Best Regards,
ttd
Yes please see attached.SV601290A(001)_BOM.xls

Hi Hao,
Do you know the reason why there is 10Ω(R17) for the Xtal?
Is that for damping resistance?
Best Regards,
ttd
Hi ttd,
That series resistor should be for testing purposes - to figure out the negative resistance by observing when the XTAL stops oscillating after increasing the series resistance. A better way of doing it, though, is to use potentiometer. You don't need any series resistor, because that'll only increase the ESR.

Hao
