Hello team, 

I'd like to connect CDCLVD110A LVDS output to CDCE72010 PRI_REF pins with DC coupling.

Looking at the D/S, the CDCLVD110A VOS is 0.95 - 1.45V.

CDCE72010 Vicm is 1.0 - VCC-0.3V.

So, the minimum input level may violate the minimum output level of CDCLVD110A.

In this case, do you recommend to switch the connection to AC-coupling and then apply dc bias seperately?

    Hello Itoh,

    To change an LVDS output voltage level of 0.95V - 1.45V (VOD of 0.5V centered at 1.2V) to a LVPECL or LVDS input voltage of 1.0V - 3.0V (VOD of 2V centered at 2V) please use this application note to easily transfer between Driver to Receiver.

    Both options - LVDS to LVPECL or LVDS to LVDS options are shown in application note under section 1.2.
