TICSPRO-SW: Scan I2C Bus function

Part Number: TICSPRO-SW
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMK03328

Hi all

Would you mind if we ask Scan I2C Bus function of TICSPRO-SW?

Is this function scanning the clock device's address from 0x00 to 0xff?
Or, for example LMK03328, does TICSPRO-SW scan address from 0x54 to 0x57(possible value)?

Kind regards,

Hirotaka Matsumoto

  • Hello Matsumoto-san,

Currently, the "Scan I2C Bus" function starts from 0x00 and checks up to 0x7f. If you have other devices on the I2C bus, you must enter the address for the device you want to communicate with manually, from the "USB communications" -> "Interface" menu, in the box at the bottom right of the I2C protocol options (in this example image, 0x64 is manually programmed):

    Regards,
