CDCLVP1102: Confirm if PECL/LVPECL are still recommended for new design

Hi Team,

Our customer would like to confirm if  PECL/LVPECL is still recommended by TI for a new design as they find that there is a declining state on PECL/LVPECL from other suppliers.

They are just looking for clarifications for this technology.

    Hi Jonathan,

                         Happy New Year. We at TI do still support LVPECL Output levels on our popular DPLLs, Jitter cleaner/Clock generators and of course the clock buffers.

    In particular for the buffers, CDCLVP family and LMK0030X family supports LVPECL.

    We can take this conversation in an email thread if further clarification is needed.
