LMX2595: MUXOUT pin configuration

Hello Team,

Good day.

My customer is using the LMX2595 and trying to detect power failure in a frequency reference of 100MHz. The MUXOUT pin is configurated as a Lock detect mode (Lock=1, unlock=0) but its level is always ON when the frequency reference is OFF.
How can I detect frequency reference is OFF?

Hello Renan,

Please see section 7.3.5.2: Readback as this includes what setting MUXOUT_SEL to Readback state can do. This includes reading from VCO, indirect Vtune, as well as turning off outputs while not locked.

Hi Renan,

Could you set R59, LD_TYPE = 0x1? This is a more accurate lock detect setting.
