I want to know the max operating junction temp of CDCLVD2102RGTT，I only see the ambient • Medical Imaging temperature –40°C to 85°C。

So please tell me  the max operating junction temp

    Hello Jiahui,

    The max operating junction temp of CDCLVD2102RGTT can be calculated using this equation:

    TJ = TA + (RθJA × P_D)

    Ambient Temp Max is show as 85C, Junction-to-ambient thermal resistance is shown as 51.3C/W, and maximum power assuming all outputs are enabled is 0.278W.

    This means the maximum operating junction temp is 99.3C, ~100C. Powering up the device with all outputs correlates with ~14-15C at higher frequencies, please note this is at maximum Differential frequency of 800MHz.

    Hello Jiahui,

    The maximum recommended operating voltage is 2.625V while the maximum supply current is 106 mA, resulting in 0.27825 Watts at maximum recommended conditions.
