CDCEL9XXPROGEVM: Windows driver issue

My customer is getting trouble to write EEPROM write thru CDCEL9XXPROGEVM.
One finding by customer side looks window's PC device/Driver related issue. please see attached error message.
On the other hand, My EVM + Note PC setting works well. I do not aware what is difference between my PC setting and customer's PC setting.
Probably I am concerning window's driver setting. Would you please advice how to fix or some proposed solution from your end ?
If needed, I can arrange WEBEX with my customer.

Hello Hironori,

The drivers for the umpf3410 device on the CDCE(L)9PROGEVM is not supported on recent OS Windows 10. I would recommend using a machine with an older OS as the only work around we've found is a rework with the PROGEVM.

This requires a USB2ANY, rework to the PROGEVM and a copy of CodeLoader found on ti.com

Customer tried with WIN-XP but keeping same issue. Let's have on-line meeting at tomorrow? Customer is about to release and need to take action immediately.
