  • Hi Stuart,

I already contacted customer support but they asked me to contact E2E. Please see their response below. Could you work with Marvin Cantos at TI customer support to resolve this issue?

  • Hi Aydin,

Thanks for letting me know, I was not aware they were just pointing you back to E2E for this device. Is the board setup (jumpers, connections, programming, power, etc.) the same as the working board? The EVM User's Guide provides and example of the jumper configuration in the hardware setup section, section 1.5.

Have you tried probing the board's test points and pins to debug the board?

    Kind regards,

    Stuart

  • Hi Stuart,

The board setup is exactly same as the one working. We believe probably the processor is not working since none of the LEDs turn on. Another issue might be the power management IC. There is something that does not work on the EVM and it is not a simple debug.

    Best,

    Aydin

  • Sorry for the inconvenience, I have spoken with Marvin and we can send you a replacement EVM.

    Kind regards,

    Stuart

  • Hi Stuart,

This is Art colleague of Marvin. Just like to ask if there's a need to return the EVM? If yes, we need the shipping address information and the recipient. Let me know if yes so that we can send you a personal message.

    Cordially,

    Art

  • I responded to Marvin offline, thanks
