My customer is having an issue running the GUI in simulation mode when no hardware is connected.
Customer gets the following error:
"The VI is not executable, the full development version of LabView is required to fix the errors”
Is the full version of LabView required to be installed on the machine when trying to run this GUI?

Looks like it can be fixed by installing the .NET 3.5 framework that is no longer included by default on Windows 10. https://knowledge.ni.com/KnowledgeArticleDetails?id=kA00Z000000P8fXSAS&l=en-US
