the DDC264evm is not connected to the input signal ,and the A/D bottom noise value read is all zreo.what is the reason? theattachment is the operation details

Thank you for the hardware and software setup information. I do not see any significant issue with the setup. I listed a few items below for you to check and verify.

Remove the AIB board and put the device in TEST mode by setting the DDC Configuration register Bit 0 to 1.
Verify the voltage on the REFOUT Test Point and the VREF node on the EVM is 4.096V.
Use the external power supply for the EVM instead of the USB power supply for the setup.

Thanks for the information. The EVM board seems to be operating correctly. The performance you are getting with the TEST mode is within the performance of the device.
