DAC7621: Performance specifications for the internal reference voltage

Hi team,

The DAC7621 datasheet does not give a performance specifications (For example, accuracy\temperature coefficient, etc) for the internal reference voltage, can you help me confirm its performance specifications? Because the customer needs it

    Hi Amy,

    The reference is internal and there is no option for an external reference, so the error of the reference just looks like output error.  We specify zero-scale error and full-scale output, so that will give you an idea for accuracy.  We do not specify any temperature coefficients for this device, so I cannot provide that value.

    I recommend you consider a more modern device, such as the DAC53701, DAC63004, DAC60501.
