Please advise what is the baking conditions for the ADS4246.

When baking in reel packaging, what conditions should the customer have?

the ADS4246 has the following conditions:

Level-3-260C-168 HR.

The customer can check with their PCB shop on conforming to the standard.

Hi JH,

From our QE:

In production, the parts were baked at 150C/8hours before tape-n-reel and vacuum sealed.

If the parts have been exposed to floor life over 168hours before mounting on PCB, the parts need to be baked at either 150C/8hours or 125C/24hours before use per J-STD-020 standard.
