ADC32RF45: Can you please share the full register map?

Hi team,

The datasheet on the TI site outlines the function of some of the registers, but not all of them. my customer has been using the register dumps provided by TI to program the chip, but many of the registers that are being set are not in the register map in the datasheet. can we provide a full register map for the chip?

Hi Kevin,

All registers that customer needs to change to configure the device in their specific mode of operation are listed in the datasheet.

There are some fixed analog trim register writes needed as part of initial programming sequence to configure the device. We don't provide register descriptions for these registers as the programmed values in these registers are not meant to be changed by the customer.

Configuration files are available at https://www.ti.com/lit/zip/sbaa226. Customer only needs to update JESD_DDC_cofig file to configure the device in the mode they want to use. All registers in this file are described in the datasheet.

If the analog trims are not supposed to be changed by the user do I still need to write all the registers in the config file? Or should I only write the registers that I see in the datasheet and in the configuration file?

Hi Kevin,

All registers in the config file need to be written (in the given order). Only registers given in datasheet have to modified to select required mode (JESD and DDC etc).
